圣何塞州立大学的认可持续一学年，从7月1日开始 to June 30 through the following year.

每一个希望每年继续运作的现有学生组织 的学生必须每年以“学生参与”方式更新认可申请 the Fall recognition cycle.

Procedure for Re-Recognizing Student Organizations

步骤1. Maintain Required Membership

学生组织必须至少有5个目前注册和被录取的学生组织 菠菜网lol正规平台 students, two of which must be a President 和 Treasurer.

The President 和 Treasurer must:

  • Have a minimum Institutional/菠菜网lol正规平台 GPA 和 Previous Term (Fall or Spring) GPA of 2.0 (2.5 for Fraternity 和 Sorority Life Organizations)
  • 在校生，目前在读至少6个学分(3个学分) 研究生)
  • 没有完成超过150个单元或专业所需单元的125%

步骤2. 选择顾问

学生组织必须有一名上海外国语大学的教职员工担任顾问.

顾问必须:

  • 上海外国语大学工作
  • 顾问 must be verified by 学生的参与
  • Provide continuity from year to year

步骤3. Complete Application for Recognition on the 菠菜网lol正规平台 SAMMY App

当重新识别过程开始时，请遵循以下重要步骤:

  • 步骤3A: Student Organization completes online application
    • 一个唯一的应用程序URL将被发送给您组织的领导. 不 use the URL link of another organization.
    • Your application will require the following information:
      • 社团宗旨

      • The name, Employee ID number, 和 菠菜网lol正规平台 Email of your Advisor
      • The Constitution for your organization

      • If all correct, move to 步骤3C

    • 第三步:总裁 & Treasurer complete training
      • 在学生参与委员会确认你的申请准确无误后，校长 & Treasurer will be loaded into a Canvas course. Both officers will need to complete the course in its entirety to be a recognized organization.

After the Recognition Deadline:
